| All payment must be made in Japanese yen either by bank transfer or credit card. No exception will be accepted. Bank transfer (Telegraphic Transfer only) Please note that all bank charges (both incurred at the paying bank and the beneficiary's bank and intermediary bank if any) should be borne by participants. | Upon receipt of your pre-registration and fees, your place will be confirmed and a confirmation letter with your registration number will be sent to you by post. Please present this confirmation letter with you when you register and pick up your materials upon arrival at the congress venue. | |||
| Cancellation Policy |
|||
| Cancellation must be made to the registration desk in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows; Cancellations received by March 31, 2007 : 50% of the total will be refunded. Cancellations received between April 1 and May. 6, 2007: 30% of the total will be refunded. Cancellations after May 7, 2007: No refund. * Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress and any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. |
