Instructions for Oral Presentation

Open Hours:	08:30 – 18:00, May 20 (Sun)
	08:00 – 18:00, May 21 (Mon) and May 22 (Tue)
	08:00 – 14:00, May 23 (Wed)
	08:00 – 16:00, May 24 (Wed)
Please bring your presentation materials to the Speakers Reception Desk, up to 30 minutes before your session begins. Please prepare any additional materials and printouts in advance. Please note that only Computer Presentation is acceptable and we do not provide equipment, slide, videos and OHP. MO, ZIP, FD and DVD formats are not accessible.

Presentation time
The total time is equally shared among speakers in the session. Therefore length of your presentation time depends on the number of speakers in your session.. Each session will be conducted by designated chairperson(s). Please follow instructions from the chairperson(s) for your presentation.
e.g.	10 speakers with 90 minutes: 7 minutes lecture plus 2 min Q&A
	9 speakers with 90 minutes: 8 minutes lecture plus 2 min Q&A
	8 speakers with 90 minutes: 9 minutes lecture plus 2 min Q&A

For presenters using your own laptop PC
Please follow the conditions below. Windows: OS 98SE or above/ Application Microsoft PowerPoint Macintosh: OS MacOS9.x or above/Application Microsoft PowerPoint or Keynote 1 and 2 AC adaptor: Please provide your own AC adaptor. Please note that all PC cable connecters provided are D-sub 15 adaptor type. Data submission and return: Please go to the Operation Desk (located at the front of the conference room) with your laptop computer 15 minutes before your presentation begins after checked at the Speakers Reception Desk. The operator will receive your computer and you will get the receipt. Please collect your computer in exchange for the receipt after your presentation.

For presenters using CD-ROM (600MB or below) or USB flash memory
Macintosh format is not applicable for CD-ROM or USB flash memory users. Please prepare your data in the following conditions. Format: Windows only Application: PowerPoint 2000 or 2003 Movie and Sounds: Windows Media Player 10 for Windows XP. Fonts: Windows standard Fonts (Arial, Century, MS UI Gothic, Times New Roman, Tahoma, Georgia) are preferred to avoid any display problems. Remarks: Please check that all data that are converted from Mac will be displayed properly. Data transmission: Your data will be copied into our LAN network server at the Speakers Reception Desk, which will be transmitted to the Operation Desk in the conference room. Please arrive at the conference room 15 minutes before your session begins. Your copied data will be erased after the congress is over.

During your presentation
A laser pointer is available upon request. You can get operating instructions on the Speakers Reception Desk.

Instructions for Poster Presentation

Poster display with discussions will be held as below schedule. Presenters are requested to mount your poster materials in assigned board before poster session and remain in front of your panel during the time.

Presentation time:	3min presentation plus 2 min Q&A

Poster Number
Your poster number is displayed at the registration area during the congress. Poster board is assigned and you will be given the tacks. (Please do not use adhesive tape.).

May 21:	BP-M, PP-M

May 23:	BP-W
May 24:	BP-H

Mounting & Removal
Mounting:	08.00 – 18.00, May 21(Mon) to May 22(Tue) 08:00 – 14:30, May 23(Wed) to May 24(Thu)
Removal:	14:30 – 16:00, May 24(Thu)
* Please arrange to display your posters during the meeting until the removal time of May 24. For those who leaves earlier and wishes to take the display with you, please contact us at brain07@convention.co.jp. * Please note that posters that have not been removed before removal time will be discarded by Secretariat.

Poster size
Please prepare a label showing the title, institution and authors' name with the size of 70cm width x 20cm height. The above label is not necessary if your poster is made in one sheet and it includes the above information. Your poster number will be already on your assigned board.
