| Please bring your presentation materials to the Speakers Reception Desk, up to 30 minutes before your session begins. Please prepare any additional materials and printouts in advance. Please note that only Computer Presentation is acceptable and we do not provide equipment, slide, videos and OHP. MO, ZIP, FD and DVD formats are not accessible. | |
| The total time is equally shared among speakers in the session. Therefore length of your presentation time depends on the number of speakers in your session.. Each session will be conducted by designated chairperson(s). Please follow instructions from the chairperson(s) for your presentation. |

| Poster display with discussions will be held as below schedule. Presenters are requested to mount your poster materials in assigned board before poster session and remain in front of your panel during the time. | |

| Presentation time: | 3min presentation plus 2 min Q&A |
| Your poster number is displayed at the registration area during the congress. Poster board is assigned and you will be given the tacks. (Please do not use adhesive tape.). | |
