JTB Corp. (JTB) has been appointed as an official travel agent for the Conference and will handle hotel accommodations. JTB has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at the following hotels for the participants during the Conference period at special discount rates. Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.How to reserve
Registration can be made either by online system or by fax/post.

For fax or postal registration, please download the application form

For `fax application`, please register as follows.
①	Please download and fill in the application form.
②	Please send it to the “Brain'07 & BrainPET'07 Desk” either by fax or e-mail.
③	The full amount of accommodation fee will be charged to your credit card.
④	Upon receipt of your applications and payments, we will send you a confirmation slip for your accommodation with a hotel map accordingly.
⑤	If your requested hotel is booked up, we will offer other options of hotels on the same grade.
⑥	Please settle the balance of your hotel bills by yourself when check out.


3.Deposit payment

Only Credit Card will be accepted. Please fill in your card information on the application form.


4.Deadline for Reservations

On or before Friday, April 27, 2007 (Japan local time)

5.Cancellation fee
Cancellation or any changes of your reservation must be made to the registration desk in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows;

Cancel fee	No charge	50% of total room charge	100% of total room charge

*Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress and any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
