I am very much against diet pills :p a long time ago, I was desperate to lose weight. I purchased diet pills (slimquick) and they did NOTHING for me. In fact, I did not lose a lb. until I STOPPED taking them. makes a lot of sense, right? :p
as a health guru on here I’m deff an advocate for a healthy diet & exercise. diet pills=not so much

I find that it’s hard for me to run or do more than 5 minutes of cardio because I seem to lose weight when I’m not trying to. Sometimes it’s hard finding that balance of maintaining your weight & losing weight. But running is definitely a healthy pastime!
I try to eat healthy Monday through Friday (with some cheats here and there) and eat, mostly, what I want on the weekend! I also try to run/walk four times a week. With that combination, I find my weight relatively easy to maintain.

Nice video. If you don’t have your health you can’t do things in life that make you happy. I weigh 133 pounds now and I’m 5′3, I am trying to loose weight and be 115 again. When I was 115 I had energy and could get through the day without being tired. I also used to take Hydroxycut and it only helped me loose some weight. Doing it the natural way, is better for your body.
